Fast Post Please

I'VE LOST MY MOTIVATION!!

This week has not been going well. I haven't tracked any of my food. The eating has been kept to a realistic level, but without tracking I'm only going by what I remember. I know I should be, but I keep forgetting, or I just can't be bothered.

AND ive only worked out once this week, and we are at Thursday night already. I have a 6.5km offroad run this weekend, so should really be doing SOMETHING! I just feel so tired and energyless :-/

If someone finds my motivation for me, can you fast post it back to me please? Either that or just courier a great big kick up the bum!! Thanks

  1. It happens to the best of us!!! Forget about the week thats been, remind yourself why you are taking on this personal challange and start fresh. Create the next weeks plan of attack and take it a day at a time.

  2. i agree with the previous poster -- we all go through it -- i had it for the past two weeks & just got outta it two days ago. i had to push myself into overdrive & almost overdose on it to get back on track. all that matters is that ya know you are slipping & get back on track -- leave the past in the past!
good luck -- you got this!!!

  3. It happens but fight back. Get stubborn and say 'No.... The lack of motivation monster will not win". I WILL do this. I know my journey is going to be about 2 years long so its about not letting "that monster" win and looking your body so you can be healthy, fit and well to look after that family or yours.

  4. Jut started following your blog.

This happens to ALL of us and the only one that can make it happen is YOU! Keep in mind how far you've come already and use that as motivation.

After reading through your blog (and your boyfriend's) it sound like you have a good support team too.

Don't give up... and remember that all the correct things you did this week, is still more than zero had you not done anything.

Can't wait to follow your journey!

  5. It really does happen to all of us, but it can be a dangerous slippery slope. You have to just forget about how the past few days have been going, pretend they've been awesome, and pick back up like you're on a roll.
